All Side Quests Guide

Persona 3 Reload & Episode Aigis -The Answer- comprehensive resource for completing all of Elizabeth's Requests, rescuing all Missing Persons, and finding all Twilight Fragments in the overworld. Keep in mind certain requests, and all missing persons rescue missions have a time limit, so being aware of which ones to prioritize may be necessary at times. Lastly, for those looking to complete all the achievements, a number of them are also linked to Elizabeth's Requests, so this guide will help get them done.

Every Elizabeth Request has a Challenge Level associated with it, and that determines when Elizabeth's Dates are unlocked (Req #77 ~ Req #81). Their values are listed in the table next to each request's number.

Missing Persons (Tartarus Rescue Missions)

While in Tartarus, you can ask Elizabeth for a general floor range of where the current Missing Persons are. Once you near their location, Fụuka will then inform you of the exact floor.

Missing Persons with an asterisk (*) next to their name are Social Link characters. If you don't rescue them before the next Full Moon, they’ll become a Lost and you won’t be unable to continue their Social Link any further.

Lastly, once these rescue missions start appearing, there will be cats that also wander into Tartarus monthly which you can rescue for some Twilight Fragments. They're minor optional rewards that are meant to offer the player at least one objective to do each visit to Tartarus (the game implies these cats are never in any actual danger).

Note: The first person you rescue will also reward you with a Letter of Thanks which is required to complete Elizabeth Request #97

Overworld Twilight Fragment Locations

There are 17 Twilight Fragment locations spread out across the city in total. You'll be able to pick up 15 right off the bat once you're able to freely roam, but two of them have specific restrictions before you can access them.

• Teleport to School Gates and walk along the right side, check the second lamp post (right before the inaccessible road that leads east)

• Main Lobby, head straight and look between the Sword & Staff Statues (blue & red pillars)
  
• At the end of the Faculty Office Hallway, check right outside the Printing Room

• Check the bench to the south of the Persimmon Tree

• The floor next to the lockers and buckets to your left

• To the west end where the stairs and bathroom are, check the sink

For any of Elizabeth's Requests that involve Persona fusion, if your fusion results differ from what's stated in the description, that's because DLC Persona are a part of the Persona Compendium and therefore also affect fusion outcomes. I've tried to use fusions which are also compatible with DLC owners, but in case they don't work, try swapping one of the Persona with another of the same Arcana. About request 97:
Bad habbit of mine of not accepting requests in elizabeth's menu almost did me dirty.
For completing this request, you need to accept it first, then the eccentric man will appear at iwatodai strip mall on 2'nd floor. afterwards you may complete the quest as normal. Without accepting the request, trigger for spawning this npc isn't working.

As far as I'm aware, you can't collect them after the Yakushima Vacation.

That's explained at the very beginning of the guide. Essentially, Elizabeth Request #77 - 81 are unlocked once you reach a certain Challenge Level, and those levels are earned every time you finish a request.
