Leírás
The Malazan Empire arose out of nowhere in the midst of struggles between other realms. Established by an elusive cabal of mages and assassins, the leader of the mage cabal took the throne as Emperor. The Malazans relied on diverse mages and good, common soldiers rather than faith. Pragmatic and expansionistic, they soon began conquering foreign lands and incorporating them into a rich, multicultural empire. While they ruthlessly suppressed any opposition, supported by a covert organisation of assassins known as the Claw, loyal citizens had much to gain under the Malazan Empire. Religions and cults were not so lucky, as the Malazans decimated and purged many of the priests and cults dedicated to various gods. Their versatile infantry is reliable and features several specialised roles, such as marines and sappers, and supported by auxiliary cavalry made up of conquered peoples. Malazan mages are diverse, often part of the army, but Malaz distinguishes itself with its access to reliable healing magic, keeping commanders, mages and normal soldiers alive for much longer.

- Race: Humans
- Military: Strong infantry, crossbowmen, and sappers. Great commanders. Limited cavalry and no sacreds.
- Magic: Superior healing and magical longevity (for humans). Access to all magic paths, but highly random.
- Priests: Weak. Priests are shunned and proscribed in Malaz."

Key Units:
- Malazan Marine: tactical infantry that can be recruited in any fort via the Marine Sergeant, always handy in a pinch.
- Claw Assassin: superior assassin-mages that can take out many commanders unaided, and are very scary when properly geared.
- High Mage: cap-only mages with S2?3 access, with potential level 3 access for every path except death/nature/blood. Highly random, however.
- Cadre Healers & High Mage of Denul: healers that can cure afflictions and disease on large scale.

Strengths:
- Good central roster of basic troops.
- Strong summons and Moranth Magic.
- Powerful magic.

Weaknesses:
- Almost no holy magic.
- No sacreds.
- Magic access is very random, which makes planning ahead difficult.

Spells:
- Imperial Warren: Cloud Trapeze for S2 at Conjuration 3.
Through an alliance with the Moranth, the Malazans are able to procure their services for only a few gems. What this means in Dominions 6 is access to strategic spells via different means which are easy to access for the Malazans.
- Commission Cusser: arm some sappers with a cusser munition. F1 at Construction 2.
- Commission Burner: arm some sappers with a burner munition. F1 at Construction 2.
- Moranth Raid: Fires from Afar for F2S2 at Conjuration 5
- Moranth Riders: Gateway for A3S1 at Conjuration 6
- Moranth Assault: Astral Travel for A3S2 at Conjuration 8

Summons:
- Moranth Regiment: Conjuration 0, S1, summons a regiment of Moranth soldiers.
- Bridgeburner Ghosts: Enchantment 6, D2S1, summons Bridgeburner Ghosts to the battlefield.
- Bind Kenryll'ah: Conjuration 4, W1S2, summons a Kenryll'ah Demon.
- Bind Kenryll'ah Demon Prince: Conjuration 7, W2S3 summons a Kenryll'ah Demon Prince, who is also a W2D1 commander.
- Bind Korvalah: Conjuration 7, A2S4, summons a Korvalah Demon, who is also a A2W1D1 commander.
- Call T'lan Imass: Conjuration 4, F2E1, summons a few powerful T'lan Imass undead warriors to the battlefield.
- Contact Bonecaster: Conjuration 5, F3E1, summons a T'lan Imass Bonecaster, who is a F2E1D1 mage.
- T'lan Imass Legion: Conjuration 6, F3D1, summons a T'lan Imass Bonecaster and an army of T'lan Imass.

High Fists are bugged currently, they say they spawn in several types of guy, but having four different domsummon tags doesn't work so they only get Malazan Crossbowmen.

gonna reiterate, this is sick.

More than a little OP, however. Which is a lot of fun for SP so I don't really mind.

I've built a pretty simple imprisoned emperor pretender with maxed scales. Spam forts and start churning out Sappers, Crossbowmen and Cadre Mages, using the Capital for High mages. Cast Moranth regiment for the chaff and commanders and you get some pretty cheap, easy to put together groups early on that are quite effective because sappers just mow everything down. once you get a 3F mage, he tags along and gets the crossbowmen firing off fire arrows.

because the cadre mages are so cheap, you always have the option at some seriously busted communions. I do think the Imperial Warren might come a bit too easily, but it's definitely a thematic fit.

haven't been able to use the T'lan Imass much, sadly :(

Hey idk if you know but when this and Juro are both enabled they mix together like malazan takes over where juro is suppose to be and gets all of juros units giving malazen access to strong preists, scareds and holy magics of juro

Oh my god thank you for making this Mod.

I played it in Dominions 3 and when Dom 4 came out a kind person updated it to Dom 4 for me in the Something Awful Forums. I've been jonesing for it the entire time Dom 5 was out but just kind of gave up on that, so seeing it here literally had me leaping out of my seat. Thank you thank you!

Great job! Very fun to play. The sappers are devastating, maybe a bit too strong, but very entertaining

@Niki I'm currently working on an Early Age Imass mod. Brood's Host is on the list of ideas, as is Lether, and Kharkanas (from Forge of Darkness).
