Remove gas from liquid pipes and tanks

With the new Stationeers Phase update, it's now possible to have both gasses and liquids in the same tank.
This could be frustrating, unable to remove the gasses from the liquid pipes / tanks.
Or how can you extract the gasses from the tank to be used elsewhere?

The basic principle is the same:
1) construct a liquid inlet on your liquid pipe
2) construct a building around it
3) use a passive vent and an active vent to pull the room around the liquid inlet vacuum
The active vent will pull all the gasses out of the liquid pipe system

The above applies for liquid pipes.
For liquid canisters, connect them to a pipe first using a liquid canister storage module.
For liquid tanks, connect a pipe to the tank first and then connect the liquid inlet to the pipe.

To (re)use the gasses from the liquid pipes / tank, connect the active vent to your gas pipe network.
