The building has once again been updated for the New Strategies for Success Guides series for the company... FAST Tech

The building is located in the city across the street from the softway station so there is no need for parking or bus stops here.

Leader offices (4x3) can be used at the beginning game to accommodate two workstations and a plant desk...
The other office room (4x6) can fit nine desks or six workstations comfortably. Perfect for a 25% boost to Effectiveness, Skills, and Mood.
