CN Logistics Volvo VNL Series

This custom repaint is for the sharp and modern Volvo VNL in the semi-fictional CNTL livery. These trucks generally haul intermodal freight from Canadian National Railway (better known as CNR or simply just CN) rail yards to ground customers all over Canada and the United States. This package includes three colour schemes for all variants of the Volvo VNL including all applicable accessories, and one special livery made exclusively for the largest variant - the Volvo VNL Series 860. These trucks look amazing with my CN Rail Trailer mod, which I will link below.

The Volvo VNL truck has been updated by the game developers since it's original release in 2018. After visiting the Volvo Trucks North America facility in the state of Virginia in early 2023, they decided an update was required to really do the truck justice. Thus, we have the Volvo VNL 2018. The textures for the new version differ dramatically, so they are not compatible with each other. This mod was made for the updated version of the VNL. If you are having issues with the textures showing up wrong, make sure you have the Volvo VNL 2018[truck-simulator.fandom.com] selected in-game, not the Volvo VNL 2014[truck-simulator.fandom.com].

Volvo VNL CN Logistics Red Series
Fly the CN red colours high with this livery. Simple and heavy on the red.

Volvo VNL CN Logistics Black Series
Own the night with the CNTL Black Series. This livery is sleek, sharp, and will be sure to turn heads.

Volvo VNL CN Logistics Executive Series
If the Black Series owns the night, than The Executive series owns, well, everything else. Custom detailing around the head and fog lights, pin striping down the side skirts, small Volvo branding where it matters, and tons of little extras all over the truck. This one is the cat's meow. Specially made to pair with my CN Transportation Trailer MOD, but will look great on it's own too.

Volvo VNL CN Logistics GlobeTrotter XL Series
Now bear with me here. If the Black Series owns the night, and the Executive Series owns everything else, than the GlobeTrotter XL Series owns everything beyond that. Specially designed for the VNL Series 860, this skin is slick with an out of this world paint job.

This MOD is in it's final version.

There are currently no knows issues with this version of the MOD. If there are any issues, please let me know and I will fix them.

There should be little to no risks associated with using this mod. You should be able to enable and disable it at will. However, ALL game mods carry some risks. Know what you are doing before you mess with game files. There are great tutorials online on how to upload mods.

I was just a kid with a dream to paint trailers. That's actually not the truth, but I do love skinning in various sims, including Flight Simulators and, of course, American Truck. While I actually do more flying than modding in Flight Simulator, the same is not the truth for ATS. I mostly just mod, and drive very little. Because of that, there are some of my creations that I've never tested beyond the Trailer Configuration tool within ATS. If anything looks weird or plays wrong, just let me know and I'll see if I can fix it. Oh, and the second part was half true. I used to be a kid once.
