How can I make that my RT screen turns on only if it's plugged?

Ven they make stronger connections, try welding these to two heavy props and connect them and do the same thing with the built in wiremod plugs and youll be able to see the difference

when i try to use the regular plug which automatically attaches to a prop and plug it in with a socket i get and error
