All you would need to do is use information from both the "Matt Hatter Chronicles" fan wiki and watch some of the episodes from the series on "WatchAinime.com" in order to get the functions, shape, proportions and "particle and sound" effects respectively.
And to streamline things, you could map the "Cell-Blaster"'s functions to the number pad (keys 1 to 9) and the functions for the "Multi-Vision Specs" mapped to the ( "/", "*", "-", "+" and "0") keys with the "right mouse button" being used to toggle the "Specs" on and off.....
