Description
This is a theoretical Under 20 competition for the real competition played by the senior teams of the current and previous parts of the Netherlands in the Caribbean region.

The tournament is competed every year, starting 14th February 2024 and finishing 20th February 2024.

There is a round robin between all the teams and then the top 2 play in a final.

Competition is randomly hosted by 1 of the 4 competing nations.
