The new updated SCI Steering Wheels for Kenworth T680 2022

Description
SCS updated their SCI Steering Wheel Pack with several new licensed steering wheels,
but I didn't receive the update with my new Kenworth T680 2022 Nextgen.
So I made this mod to add definition files to the KW T680 NG to make it support the new steering wheels too.
If one day SCI Wheel Pack supports the KW T680 NG, I will delete my mod.

Tested in 1.49

Thank you
