Transfer save files from EGS to Steam

So just follow this steps and here you go to contunie your EGS adventure in Steam

Header

This manual have RU and EN languages but EN lang prefer (probably reason is RU community is not super popular in this phranshise)

Steps (EN)

IMPORTANT

Activate Steam Cloud and run the game. Start new game and fill the three save slots. After this MAKE SURE YOU DIDNT CLOSE THE GAME!!! Thats very very super super important.

So, first step

FIND THE EGS SAVE DIRECTORY

Epic Games version have saves in this place: C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Roaming\Epic\Eidos Montreal\Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy

Second step

PLACE EGS FILES TO STEAM DIRECTORY

Steam version have saves in this place: %YOUR_STEAM_DIRECTORY%\Steam\userdata\%YOUR_STEAM_ID%\1088850\remote

Third step

EXIT THE GAME AND MAKE SURE STEAM CLOUD DID UPLOAD YOUR
NEW SAVE FILES IN CLOUD

After this you're welcome, because you did transfer Epic Games saves to Steam!

Второй шаг

ЗАКРОЙТЕ ИГРУ И УБЕДИТЕСЬ, ЧТО STEAM CLOUD ЗАГРУЗИЛ ВАШИ НОВЫЕ СЕЙВЫ В STEAM CLOUD

Indeed, but this tut was actual at moment I wrote it. So... try to just put EGS game files into Steam (without EXE files). And don't forget about backup.

Getting message "This save has been created on a newer version of the game than the one currently installed and the save file cannot be loaded." too !

Probably they updated the game. You can fix that but for this need replace Steam Game files to Epic Games game files. Careful! Make backup before trying it.
