Sorry, but I tested many times and didn't come across this bug. Do you remember the seed? The only issue is the charge bar of the red key is hidden. In this challenge the red key is costomized and the charge is infinite so i'm not gonna fix it.

i found yet another bug, if you play the challange red redemption and pick up a card, the next use of the red key will spawn a dark esau
