Best Loot Route for the Rondo Safe and Goldbar

This quick Route will give you ~6 houses to check for the Safe and therefore also the Goldbar, it took me only 3 attempts to get it after previously checking everything for days, and getting killed in the process because i was more focused on finding the Safe than playing.
Since this Route is very away from usual Fights, you will barely ever see People, in my attempts i only met one Person, and my Friends had about the same Experience, unless the Planes fly right over.

I would ignore everything except this House.

Go to the Top Floor and take an immediate Right, the Safe will sit in the same Corner every Time.

I'm not sure if the Safe spawns in the Houses around these 2 Floor Buildings, but i've previously tried every day since the Update and never found a Safe anywhere else.
