Description
This is not aim for beginners.
This mod makes the AI super aggressive, to both neighbors and player.
Also has better building upgrade management from its budget use.
I have tested many games and so far this is the most suitable version for me.

by any chance you have enabled over 70 mods?
I played with these 2 mods myself quite a long time, they shouldnt be crushed.
