TF2 Domination

This addon adds domination from Team Fortress 2. If a player kills another player three times, without dying from the player they want to dominate, then a special sound will play for both the dominating player and the victim, and there will be a message in the chat that the player is dominating over another player. The victim of domination can take revenge on their offender by killing them, thereby avenging them and hearing a special sound with a message in the chat about revenge.
