5x3 Tridolons – Coordinated Strategy and Build
Autorstwa: ritzrisay
There are a lot of different strategies and builds that might work just as well. My explanations are aimed at both experienced players who already get a 5th Gauntalyst and who need to find something that saves them 1-2 min in order to get the 5th Hydrolyst and players who struggle doing 3 Hydrolysts and aim to improve their runs.

Warframe builds
Volt:
Go for power efficiency, cast speed and duration.
If your Chroma can't oneshot the Eidolons after the healing phase you can also bring Shock Trooper and take some ability strength.
I wouldn't recommend Transistor Shield. Repositioning shields just wastes time that could be spent on something else (e. g. charging Void Strike). If your teammates have to carry your shields around, you're placing them wrong.
Also do yourself and your team a favour and pick a dark blue energy colour.
Arcane Momentum considerably speeds up sniper rifle reload time which is really nice on Rubico. Arcane Guardian helps a bit with surviving.

Chroma:
Get > 100% ability Range so you can go away and take a good position to aim at the Synovias while still buffing your team. In our runs I usually am the backup when our Chroma can't get the hit. You could also use Streamline if you want to get the Vex Armor energy cost under 100.

Trinity:
Make sure you have enough ability strength to get 75% damage reduction. Get duration and energy efficiency as well as some mods for survivability.

Harrow:
95% duration is enough.
100% duration can already be too much and you won't be able to cast Covenant on all magnetic waves. If your duration is too long you can remove the Retaliation buff by jumping into water. In that case I suggest you just use your Operator and Void Dash into the lake. This way your Warframe won't lose energy and your Operator will be teleported back to where he started, while charging Void Strike at the same time.

Oberon:
Oberon can buff radiation damage with Smite Infusion and Hallowed Ground prevents staggers and magnetic procs. Can be used as replacement for Harrow.
Weapon Builds
Rubico build:
Lanka build:
Hikou Prime build for self damage (as Chroma):
Auras
3x Corrosive Projection with 2x Coaction Drift to reduce the Eidolons alloy armor by 99%. This way you still get the 75% increase for radiation damage against alloy armor while minimizing the armor's damage reduction.

1x Enemy Radar to make finding Vomvalysts easier.
Gear
  • Ciphers
  • Energy Pads
  • Archwing launchers
  • Ancient Healer Specter
  • Itzal build (Energy Amplifier, System Reroute and Auxiliary Power are important).
Operator Amp and Arcanes
Use a 223 or 323 Amp with Virtuos Fury. The Shraksun (T2) Scaffold has the highest dps against shields. It also procs impact status effects which proc your Virtuos Fury. After the Adarza Kavat nerf I prefer Virtuos Fury over Virtuos Strike.
For my Operator I use Magus Husk and Magus Vigor.
Waybounds and Focus Schools
Chroma uses Unairu with maxed Unairu Wisps. Do not use Void Shadow as it only increases your energy consumption in Void Mode and the stealth makes everyone including the lures completely invisible, which can be really annoying. The Basilisk Gaze waybound (Unairu) helps with spawning wisps since it increases your Void Blast range. Everyone else uses Madurai with Void Strike.

Void Flow and Mind Sprint significantly increase your Void Dash range and the amount of consecutive Void Dashes. These are the first waybounds you should unlock.

Enduring Tides (Vazarin) and Basilisk Scales (Unairu) help with surviving during the Hydrolyst.

Inner Gaze (Madurai) and Eternal Gaze (Madurai) are nice to have but not really needed since you are going to take the shields down before you run out of Amp energy.

Mind Step (Naramon) and Void Siphon (Zenurik) aren't really needed as well.
Filling the First Lure and Vomvalyst Spawns
Vomvalyst spawns are proximity based. There are a lot of different spawn locations all over the map where they can usually spawn in groups of 2 (sometimes groups of 3). They despawn if players go too far away and they can't spawn when no free spawn slots are left. That’s why you should not fly around the map and activate Grineer camps. - At least that's my theory about their spawn mechanics. I spent a night testing different ways to fill the lure and this is the fastest way I found to do it:

Go to the geyser camp and and hack the lure while you are still in your Archwing (use a cipher [Y]). After that go back to the gate and wait a few seconds (you don't have to kill the Grineer in that camp). There should be Vomvalyst spawns between the gate and the lake.

This map shows roughly the different spawn locations. At least one group usually spawns at the blue dots. Shoot them to destroy their physical form while you are in your Archwing. You can make the lure teleport/move by touching the ground.

Gauntalyst and Hydrolyst Spawn Locations
There are 4 different spawn locations.

The hitboxes of the spawning Gantulysts/Hydrolysts are already on the shore so you can spawn wisps and shoot the shields immediately.

If a Gantulyst or a Hydrolyst spawns at the far spawn location make sure to destroy it's right shoulder first. They always fall to the opposite side of the Synovia that was shot. By shooting its right shoulder it will fall away from the trees. You can also use this to keep it in the same two locations by alternating between right and left side Synovias.

Strategy First Run
First Teralyst:
  1. Unairu Wisp user (Chroma) goes to the geyser camp and gets the first lure. Everyone else waits at the gate. Once Chroma is back at the gate everyone spreads out - about 100m away from the gate - and looks for Vomvalysts. As soon as you spot a group of Vomvalysts mark them so Chroma can fill the lure.

  2. While Chroma charges the lure Trinity goes and collects 5 lures (Trinity will have 3 Void Strike charges left). When collecting the lures use Ciphers and stay in your Archwing the entire time. Use Blink (Itzal 1) for movement and Penumbra (Itzal 2) to stop your momentum and to be invisible during hacking.

  3. Order of using Void Strike stacks is Volt (x8) > Trinity (x3) > Harrow (8x).

  4. Volt sets up shields and shoots the Teralyst as soon as Chroma comes close. Try to take out the shield and one of the leg Synovias with one Shraksun shot. If you can't oneshot it like this use your Weapon and spend a Void Strike charge. Ideally the Synovia is destroyed when Chroma is about to land.

  5. For the following Synovias Volt takes out the shield (pick up Unairu Wisps) while Chroma shoots the Synovias (prioritize arms so Volt has a chance to oneshot both shield and leg).

  6. Trinity needs to be back with his 5 lures when the healing phase starts and stacks his lures on top of the Teralyst. Chroma is mainly responsible for getting the lures charged. Everyone else can Void Dash through Vomvalysts to destroy their physical form. In their energy form they get absorbed by the lures when they get close to the Eidolon. You can also use Sentinels to help shooting at the Vomvalyst.

  7. Volt stacks 6 Electric Shields and marks them for Chroma and Chroma prepares to shoot the Teralyst. Harrow should cast Covenant at the end of each healing phase once the Eidolons start getting up, so Chroma has the critical chance buff.

  8. Mark the position of the first lure that attached to the Teralyst since that is the lure that will drop loot. Drop your Archwing at the end of the Eidolon's scream and pick up the loot with Cosmic Crush (Itzal 3). Use Blink to get the shrine and stop your momentum with Penumbra.
You can leave your Archwing without losing Void Strike stacks by looking slightly upwards and doing a quick melee attack.

  9. You can get to the shrine before it activates from any possible Teralyst spawn location. Chroma should use the time after landing to use Vex Armor and damage himself.

First Gauntalyst:
  1. Get to the spawning Gantulyst as fast as possible. Make sure to pick the correct side if it is one of the two spawn locations close to the shrine and use energy pads during Void Dashing if it is the far spawn.

  2. The hitbox of the Gantulyst and the Hydrolyst is on the shore. You can shoot them while they come out of the water and you can also spawn Unairu Wisps even if they look like they are far away.

  3. Volt places shields and uses his remaining Void Strike charges together with Unairu Wisps to take out the shield. After spawning some wisps Chroma goes in position to shoot one of the shoulder Synovias. Make sure to take out a shoulder first since the Gantulyst and the Hydrolyst are not turning while they still get out of the water. This makes it very easy to hit a shoulder.

  4. Once the first Synovia is down it will teleport to the shore.

  5. Chroma should focus on shooting shoulders/arms since you can oneshot the shield and a leg with high Void Strike stacks.

  6. Once Volt is out of Void Strike stacks Trinity should use her stacks while Volt can assist Chroma with shooting Synovias. Once Trinity is out of stacks Harrow shoots the shield and Trinity starts charging for the Hydrolyst.

  7. The most dangerous attack of the Gantulyst are his Energy Pillars. You can see yellow smoke on the ground 2-3 sec before the beam hits, so make sure you doge it.

  8. During the healing phase Chroma gets one of the missing lures and Volt stacks Electric Shields again while everyone else stays in Void Mode and continues to charge Void Strike.

  9. Drop your Archwing during the dying animation, pick up the loot and get back to the shrine before it activates.

First Hydrolyst:
  1. Harrow should still have high Void Strike stacks left so he is going to shoot the shields until he used all of them. Trinity keeps charging while Volt assists with shooting Synovias. Once Harrow used his Void Strike stacks Volt, Trinity and Harrow shoot the shield while Chroma prepares to shoot the Synovias.

  2. There is not much difference between the Hydrolyst and the other Eidolons.

  3. You can use Ancient Healer Specters (New Loka) to get 90 % damage reduction on your Warframe and Operators. I recommend using one during Enhanced Star Fall since this attack combined with the Lightning can kill your operator very quick. It can also be useful once the Hydrolyst is dead since the Acid Rain can sometimes kill you in your Archwing when you are about to pick up loot.

  4. You can destroy the Vomvalyst blooms, but they haven't been an issue for us since the shield and the Synovias go down so fast. That's why I rather not waste time and Void Strike charges on them.

  5. Volt goes for the last lure once the healing phase starts and everyone helps with charging it. Place Electric Shields again and prepare to shoot the Hydrolyst.
Looping Instances
Once the loot dropped pick it up with Cosmic Crush and every client immediately leaves the squad while the host goes to the gate and extracts on his own (everyone will get different Arcanes). The clients will get a host migration and extract via the gate.

This way the host can load out and get back into the plains very fast. If everyone would go to the gate together the host will have to wait until every client is done with loading before he can finish loading. This can waste a lot of time especially if some clients have longer loading times.

The host will be able to load in, get his lure and can start looking for Vomvalysts while the clients can rejoin with /join (you have to be on the host's friends list).

As host make sure to let everyone know when they can join again.
Strategy on Runs 2-5
The idea here is to conserve the use of high Void Strike charges on the lure or on Vomvalysts. Most of what is described in the previous sections of this guide also applies to runs 2-5 as well.

Teralyst:
After loading in the host gets the first lure from geysers again and charges it with the spawning Vomvalysts. Everyone else including Trinity goes to the Teralyst in order to destroy the first shield. Once the host with his filled lure is close anyone can shoot a Synovia and Trinity goes to get 5 lures.

On the following shields Harrow, Volt and Chroma pick up Unairu Wisps and shoot. Chroma should spawn wisps before and after the magnetic waves.

On this Teralyst and all following Eidolons Chroma will be mainly responsible for shooting Synovias and Volt will be his backup.

Trinity has to be back with 5 lures once the last Synovia is shot. Otherwise you risk losing too many Vomvalysts and might end up not having 3 charged lures. In the healing phase every Madurai user should charge Void Strike and use Void Dash to destroy the Vomvalyst's physical form, so they can get absorbed by the lures. Chroma can use his Amp to help shooting Vomvalysts.

Gauntalyst:

Chroma spawns Unairu Wisps and Volt and Harrow take down the first shield while Trinity keeps charging Void Strike. Make sure to shoot one of the shoulder Synovias first. After the first Synovia you can shoot at any Synovia. It is a bit easier to take out shoulders and arms early but it is more important to destroy a Synovia fast. So if you can't get a hit on a shoulder/arm just shoot what you can hit.

After the first shield every Void Strike user picks up Unairu Wisps and shoots the shield.

Everything else is the same as on the first Gantulyst.

Hydrolyst:
Handle the shields and Void Strike stack the same way as on the 2nd Gauntalyst. Everything else stays the same as on the first Hydrolyst.

Charging Void Strike ? LoL
This is outdated AF.

Is this for doing multiple tri-eidolon captures in one night? I usually only go for 1 so I wouldn't know speedrunning strategies.
