KV-5 (Object 225)

KV-5 (Object 225) is a project of a Soviet three-turret super-heavy tank during the Great Patriotic War. The development was carried out at the Kotin Design Bureau. Development of the tank was carried out at the Leningrad and Kirov factories. According to the design of the tank by the ally ZiS-6, machine gun options 7.62 and 12.7, as well as two V-2 engines. The combat weight of the project weighed 100 tons. Development of the project was stopped in August 1941 due to the Germans approaching Leningrad.
