Increased Research Rate

描述
This mod increases the research rate of all players (Non-Ai) by 60%. This mod is meant to provide a small boost to the research speed but not make it game breaking. Example: If a tech took 5 turns this mod will drop it down to 4.

No problem, this mod affects players and not Ai.

I have small, respectful request - please explaine "human players".
Do you refer to us, players? Then why "human" considering that we all are humans?
Or do you refer to players playing human races, so eg. dwarfs are excluded?
It isn't clear to me why you wrote "human players"... - can you give an example of non-human player??
