I just realize if you have mods that use similar model like this one, it will cause some hair color changes. Like Shikigami chan > 麦卢卡合作献给我亲爱的

I tested a method temporarily
You can delete or invalidate the "$lightwartexture" in the VMT file
Please note that this will result in poor rendering of anime characters

Open all VMT files
Search for \$lightwarptexture.* (Pay attention to opening regular expressions)
Replace with empty
