Graphic patches to correct glitches and other errors, where possible.

This patch fixes some gfx glitches in the game, like doors badly positioned/sized ("jumping") when animating and things like that...
IMHO this was a lazy remaster with many parts unpolished, sigh.

INSTALL

Extract the archive in the root dir of the game (e.g. ...\common\The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition\).
