Hi I don't know if you can read english but i've been playing with this reskin for a while and there's something that's been bothering me

for whatever reason when I have this skin equipped there's an a-posing cloaked figure of bill that spawns on some chapters and follows me around just to watch me from a far distance. I turned off every other subscription to see if it stayed with this mod and it seems like it is the case, do you know why this is happening?
