How to fix infinite loading

So you wanna fix infinite loading. Simple fix. step 1: open up the game.
Step 2 you should get a pop up that steam wants to modify your device put in admin password and let them.
Step 3. boot up game and join a lobby and it should fix :D
Update: This doesn't fix the core problem, which is that full lobbies, old lobbies, and games in progress will still show up on the list due to a bug, and joining them will result in infinite loading. I've read that the problem is being worked on at the moment. -charyi

yes the connecting to lobby problem. when you first start the game windows should give you a pop up for it saying steam wants to modify your devic.
