All achievements can be earned in one playthrough with a single save point. Most of the achievements are straightforward, but I've made this guide in case anyone is stuck on one.

There are a lot of choices in this game. You can more than likely choose a bunch of your own choices and still end up with the achievements. This is only the way I went through the story to get them.

because it's the only one that restores light to her face. i played through that 3 holes crap like 5 times to see if i could unlock the Locked off option, but i only got as far as Lets Have Fun and doing Lydia twice before the Release scene by her paintings (this was after the Meditation with Drana-Achievement)

@Pielikonu ahh that makes sense for the last two in the gallery but my third one that's locked is the one that's right after Opals scene in the gallery and I have no hint at what it is as I have all the achievements
