Old London Bridge

Land units can cross without needing to embark. Acts as Road and creates Classical Roads (if not present) in land tiles on either end. +3 Faith per turn from each foreign Trade Route passing through the city. Trade Routes traveling through it can multiply the Gold they get from districts at their destination. Must be built on a Coast or Lake tile. The bridge must run straight across the hex between two land tiles directly opposite one another. At least one water tile must be present on both the left and right sides of the bridge. +3 Housing Unlock @ Tech Engineering

You'd have to wait for an update. Or you can include the ability in your mod, credit or thanks as you see fit. btw, thanks for your mods, I use a bunch of them in our MP games :)

If I make a new bridge wonder, will it apply automatically or do I need to wait for an update?

I uploaded a fix for the cliff problem. It works for Old London Bridge (World Wonder), Port Lime - Bridge Districts, Tower Bridge (World Wonder). It also fixes the MP popup bug for the Port Lime mod.
