How to double FPS for free! Frame generation for RTX 20 and 30 series gpu

FSR 3 frame generation mod for Witcher 3. Double your fps for free!

Downloading and installing the mod

Go to this link on Nexus - https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/738?tab=files

Click on "dlssg-to-fsr3-0.60.zip" manual download and slow download

Go to your downloads folder, right click on the zip file and click on 'Extract all' and extract the mod anywhere you like

Go to the extracted mod folder, right click on "DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg" and click on 'Merge' and click on 'Yes'

Now go to The Witcher 3 game folder, which you can find by right clicking on the game in steam > manage > browse local files

Now open the bin folder > x64_dx12

Now go to the extracted mod folder and drag and drop 'nvngx.dll' and 'dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll' into the The Witcher 3 folder which we just opened

We have now installed the mod

Enabling the mod

Right click anywhere on your desktop and open nvidia control panel

On the left, click on 'Manage 3d settings' and click on program settings

In the drop down, search for and select The Witcher 3

In the settings, scroll down and select 'Vertical Sync' and set the option to 'On' and click on apply

Now in Windows settings, go to System > Display > Graphics > 'change default graphic settings' and turn on 'Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling'

Restart your PC (skip this if Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling was already turned on)


Launch the game

After loading in, go to the graphic settings, turn on DLSS
Now go to display settings and turn on Frame Generation

Congrats on doubling your fps for free!

Note - Only works on dx12 version

If the mod works for you, there is no reason to update but if you want to, don't forget to delete dbghelp.dll from bin>x64 folder

Without mod - 47-53 fps
With mod - 110-120 fps

3080ti runs likes butter now max settings. TF IS NVIDIA THINK THEY ARE TAKING FRAME GEN FROM US... amd are a god send.

Nvidia просто всех развела всех на деньги, выпустив бюджетные карты 4060 и 4060ti которые хуже чем 3060 и 3060ti, но добавила генератор кадров. сама Nvidia заявляла что на 2000 и 3000 серии генератор не возможен. A AMD взяли и сделали генератор для Nvidia.
