@Quince99 Lovely. Thanks again for taking me up on this, I really appreciate it.

@Ghostboy5 - Many thanks for the kind words of appreciation, always good to hear from players who can make use of a hundred odd extra locos! The 47s will be started after Christmas, about a dozen or so to begin with and see how it goes. Season's greetings and happy holidays to you too.

@Blue Rookie - As far as I can tell, the latest screenshot (below) shows a completed L.92, based on the photos I could find. This will be used as the basis for the other ones with alterations to safety valve cover and couplers where necessary.

Glorious work as always Quince, thank you for sharing - Funclive and yourself have been the reskin kings for a long while, it adds so much to the game - thankyou! Looking forward to the possibility of some translations of your excellent class 47 skins onto the new Tankslapper model, but I can only imagine how long these things take, so... definitely not requesting anything! Just wanted to say thanks, and happy holidays.

@Quince99 Ooh. Didn't see that when typing. Super.
I'd say ignore any refs with smokebox numbers as I don't actually know why they rarely have them.
L89 and L94 have a brass safety valve cover like trad. GWR liveries.
L94 has silver siderods, and I think black wheels.
When they (barring L94) are spotless they have red siderods and matching maroon wheels although it's not always obvious.
More than happy to donate for your time if you want.

I'm sorry to hear that, but I muchly appreciate your efforts.
Yes, the Class 47 site lists the same. I actually didn't list the names because there were a ton named after GWR steam locos around that time but most kept the standard Blue, and I didn't want to get confused over which was in which. But only those ones listed got the full makeover treatment. One's already in the 47 base pack, and I know you did one previously for the older mod.

@Blue Rookie - An update for this afternoon with much of the lining done. Would the other LT tanks be the same livery with just the numbers to change?

@Blue Rookie - Have been doing lining this morning - that's a huge headache but it's coming along. As for the 47s, I can find records of 47079, 47484, 47500 and 47628 being painted into GWR colours in 1985. Does this tally with your information?
Quince99  [author] Dec 19, 2023 @ 4:40am
@ArcticaWolfeh - Yours look very high quality - especially the dedication plaque on 56115 'Barry Needham'. I think on the EWS lettering (as opposed to EW&S) your Gill Sans font doesn't need to be bold, whereas the Arial on EW&S does seem to be in bold typeface looking at countless reference pictures.
ArcticaWolfeh Dec 19, 2023 @ 3:44am
@Quince99, no worries, just makes me want to do mine better, there's some locos in mine that are in other liveries in yours (I've focused on EWS and EW&S)
