Create a multiplayer game and start the Valley of the dolls mission.

Next enter the building from the first door then go into the bathroom on the left.

If you do not hear any NPCs run she should be in this room, she also may spawn elsewhere.

You should see this NPC hiding the bathroom she will try to force the door shut just push your way throw and be careful not to yell, then you simply just let her beat you to death.

She looks angryli at me for a while, then she tells me not to shoot while getting on her knees. I know she's a pornstar and all but jeez, life is not porn, you can't suck your way out of this thing
