[1.8] 伐木营地微调 | Minor Modifications to Logging Camps

修改了伐木营地的生产方式：
【链锯（锯木场）】作为伐木营地的【基础】生产方式而不是【自动化】生产方式；
为基础生产方式增加了【蒸汽锯木厂】；
调整了【电力锯木厂】；
为【硬木生产】生产方式组增加了新的【大规模硬木生产】生产方式；
【大规模硬木生产】生产方式由【蒸汽锯木厂】、【电力锯木场】生产方式和【链锯锯木场】生产方式解锁。

Modified the production method of the Logging Camps:

[Chainsaws (sawmills)] serve as the [Base] production method for Logging Camps rather than [Automation] production method;

[Steam sawmill] has been added to the basic production method;

Adjusted the [Power Sawmill];

Added a new production method for [Large-scale hardwood production] to the [Hardwood production] production method group;

The production mode of [large-scale hardwood production] is unlocked by the production mode of [Steam sawmill] , [Electric sawmill] and [Chainsaws sawmill].
