Add Arable Land 1.8

Description
This mod adds a Button that allows you to add Arable land to a state. The button is located right next to the subsistence buildings. Now, you can add 1, 10, 100, 1000 and 10000 arable land, but you can also remove them with a right-click.

Thinking of making a mod that (among other things) involves increasing arable land in a state over time. If I do so, do I have your permission to use parts of this mod with proper credit given?
