Luan

Description
Adds Luan, the bearded bandit, to the roster.

Luan can jump on top of enemies and move above them, causing and receiving damage as he goes. Need a key that's behind a Crabstal? Just jump over to it, then jump back or keep hitting the foe below you!

The character includes 10 color palettes and 2 quandary quests.

Known Limitations
- Birder Bicone and Bard's Waltzing Hat's automoves won't trigger correctly when above a unit
- Hats, Stache and Eyes may desync in certain cases

Amazing job you two! The art and mechanics come together to feel like something the official team could put together. I hope to see a refract ability eventually!
