Introduction to R&D History：
The CONSTRUCTION type electric drive diesel locomotive was manufactured by the Changxindian Locomotive Factory in China in 1958 through technical imitation learning based on the ND1 diesel locomotive imported from Hungary. It was successfully manufactured on August 13, 1958, and was then called a 600 horsepower diesel locomotive. Two locomotives were produced, with some slight differences in appearance; The car was subsequently taken offline for testing on September 9th of that year. Due to insufficient performance and issues, the car was not put into mass production.
