Report a translation problem
My guess would be because the lines would play if a witch was present in the map at all and if any of the survivors have warned that she is there. This warning lasts for 300 seconds so survivors could be in a different country but would still play the lines and there isn’t a way to check for distance to specials with the regular talker scripts as far as im aware
