已完全适配4.0版本，因代码改动，无法在3.14使用，回退版本请使用以下备份：

使用方法：
直接点击法令即可开启招募事件。
修改了招募事件的界面，现在更美观一些（大概吧

当前可使用领袖：
  • 科学家：IP伪装舞会莱娜、梅尔菲・拉比、芬芳夜魔－迷迭香、姬特、恩底弥翁、塞勒涅、时间魔术师
  • 指挥官：闪刀姬零衣、骑士皇 雷加蒂娅、仪龙机巧－降星：天龙、炎斩机最终西格玛、龙女仆・清扫龙女、从属百夫骑士 特露蒂亚、龙装百夫骑士 阿特莉、俱利伽罗天童
  • 行政官：白银之城的拉比丽斯、魔女工艺掌门・玻璃匠薇儿、备份秘书、泪冠哀歌・琪多卡洛斯、泪冠哀歌・梅露、泪冠哀歌・哈弗妮丝、泪冠哀歌・赛莲、万物创世龙、灰流丽

Method of use:
Click directly on the decree to start the recruitment event.
Modified the recruitment event interface.

Currently available leaders:
  • scientist：I:P Masquerena、Melffy Rabby、Aromalylith Rosemary、Kitt、Endymion、Selene、Time Wizard
  • commander：Sky Striker Ace - Raye、Centur-Ion Legatia、Drytron Meteonis Draconids、Geomathmech Final Sigma、 Dragonmaid Nudyarl、Centur-Ion Trudea、Centur-Ion Atrii、Kurikara Divincarnate
  • official：Lovely Labrynth of the Silver Castle、Witchcrafter Madame Verre、Backup Secretary、Tearlaments Kitkallos、Tearlaments Merrli、Tearlaments Havnis、Tearlaments Scheiren、 Ten Thousand Dragon


PS：This mod is currently in the testing and writing stage, and the numerical values are confusing. Please use it with caution.

特质效果混用的问题已经修复完毕。
决斗怪兽精灵的物种也可以正确的显示了。
下次更新应该是4.0版本后。

这个是游戏代码的问题，通用属性的加成如果不是对应职位也会显示，但是不会单独加到非职位下面，我还在考虑怎么解决这个问题，暂时先用着

领袖的特质效果说明，是不是有问题，比如经常看到【军用舰队】下面写着岗位产出buff。看着好别扭，能不能恢复一下

新增了一个指挥官：天童，天童在和平时期可以开启全国巡演法令，增加凝聚力产出
