Coop Experience
*Just posting this to all the new players out there. I've had this in my own mini group a while back.

Still getting confused with squad levels and how to earn it?

First off let's start by saying that Squad leveling will only apply if you are not alone in the squad. Once another player joins you in the squad, Coop experience begins to be tracked. Coop Experience is shared between two people. Say for example, person A and person B play together, they share one Coop Experience account AB. If Person A and Person C plays, they they share one Coop Exp Account AC.

Coop Exp determines the level of the squad. Once you enter a squad, and your friend whom you have coop exp with joins the squad, then your Coop Exp Account will be added to the overall squad experience. If that player leaves, then your Coop Exp also disappears and your squad will revert to a lower level. Coop Exp is tracked in real time, so even if you crash or have to exit mid game, your earned Coop Exp with your friend is kept.

Now how does Coop Exp add up with more than 2 people? Take for example Person A and Person B has Coop Exp AB; Person A and Person C has Coop Exp AC. So if Person A, B and C join together into one squad:
Squad Exp = AB + AC

What now if Person B and Person C has been playing together too without Person A? They would form their own Coop Exp Account BC. Add that to the equation if all 3 people join into one squad:
Squad Exp = AB + AC + BC

So what's the lesson here? Try having squadmates acquianted with each other; so that when you're away and the two of them feel like playing, they can earn a separate coop exp together; which will be additive to yours when you join them. So that when you find time to be all present and form a squad of 4, Its pretty much like this:
Squad Exp = AB + AC + AD + BC + BD + CD

Leveling your squad lets you attain later period uniforms and more powerful squad perks.
Further tips on leveling up: You get to level faster the more points you earn, don't neglect fighting inside the aura of your officer - which gives you "Team Work" bonus of +25 points; or fighting within the circle of the Command Order (move to arrow) which gives you the "Followed Order" bonus of +15 points.

"followed order" bonus of +15? i thought its +35 my my mistake here xD thats why you have to have good tactical nco, sharp riflemen, 2nd liner mg supporter and aggresive grenadier to win this game ^^

They should really let you use career points to unlock squad perks. At least let us buy the late war uniforms seeing as they're aesthetic anyway
