Rickshaws and others played an important role in the course of the 19th century, and Paradox's decision to remove them is baffling. This mod aims to restore the role these two things played in transporting people throughout history. It modifies the pop's content for the two needs of free movement and communication, so that services and aeroplanes can now fulfil the corresponding needs.

Compatibility: Incompatible with mods that modify the free movement and communication requirements, otherwise everything is allowed.

Recommended for use with Make My Railway Profitable Again! to say goodbye to the capacity shortage and railways not being profitable in 1.5.
