Allows IDs to spawn randomly between any possible number in a 32 int range.

In vanilla RW, you'll be usually seeing IDs (funny little numbers that determine the behavior and looks of creatures) between 1000 and just over 10000. This is because of RWs code around spawning, which adds one to every spawned creature and item. This mod, instead, allows ANY ID to spawn that is allowed within the code's capabilities- which is -2,147,483,648 through 2,147,483,647!

DISCLAIMERS:

this will NOT reset your ID's already created in a run, so you may initally see your typical 4 digit creatures as they have already been created. However, that doesn't mean you need to reset your run to see high ID creatures.
