Does not require base MPE and obv load it after/below MB+ and use the MB recommended load order for everything else.

This is still very much not a finished polished mod. Due to the massive scope comprehensive playtesting of all the start dates and regions hasn't been possible, yet. So comments and suggestions are actually quite appreciated. Also I absolutely reserve the right to break your save games at any point in order to deal with issues, so probably don't start a massive multiplayer world domination campaign quite yet.

was playing as whales and they were supposed to get a special roman kingdom but when i clicked the decision nothing happened...

This mod disables all the holy site special buildings for the added regions by mb+, i imagien you need you need to somehow copy them over. all the Grand temples/cathedrals are missing.
