Formerly Upgradable Monitors, this mod used to only make monitors upgradable.

Now, this mod makes it so:
All cavalry types can be upgraded into light tanks.
All artillery types can be upgraded into heavy tanks.
Light ship types can be upgraded into scout cruisers.
Monitor can be upgraded. (Original feature)
All capital ship types can be upgraded.

While "unrealistic", the simple truth is the AI cannot handle the clunky upgrade system in the base game, so without this they will never pose a challenge past 1900.

NOTE: YOU CANNOT UPGRADE SHIPS IF THEY ARE AT SEA, GET THEM IN PORT FIRST, YOU SILLY BILLY.
