Stuck Chariot Bug Hotfix (Don't need, fix is in the base game)

Description
If my eyes don't deceive me, chariots now act like how this mod would have fixed them. Keeping mod up here for visibility.

If you had this problem, it fixes instances where chariots would seemingly get stuck on normal terrain after a move order, and you're stuck microing it and refreshing its move order to get it to keep moving. The mod is not a perfect solution, read below, but it's a lot better than the alternative.

How does it work?
The general model will not try to move to the front of the unit. That's it. It's how chariot generals in Rome II behave. Caveat, the general model spawns at the back-left of the unit and can end up anywhere in the unit at rest after a move order. This does not fix situations where chariots get stuck in units, that's your own fault.

- this mod deletes the word "front" from all chariot "Personality Location" columns
- this either overwrites or will be overwritten by mods that change any rows that contain "chariot" in "land_units_officers_tables"

The problem in the first place is caused by the general model in a chariot unit getting stuck trying to get to the front of the unit during a move order that puts them near the new relative back of the unit (such as a 180 degree turn) so the whole unit slows down to a crawl to help the general achieve that goal. However, due to the shape of chariot model collision boxes all it ends up doing is stopping the general from moving at all. This mod stops the "always at front" behaviour and the general will only try to find the closest relative position at rest. Apparently, all chariot units have a general (or captain) model defined in "land_units_tables" so that's why it happens with normal chariot units too.

This behaviour is also present in TROY, but it's not as noticeable since there are a lot less models in a chariot unit that a general has to go through. This behaviour is not present in Rome II because generals do not try to get to the front of the unit, and tbh, I couldn't tell you who the general was in some chariot units anyways.
