Lulu's Events (1.11)

This is just a simple fix made by a fan of the original mod, it wasn't tested thoroughly but in theory it should work with 1.11.*. Please let me know in the comments if you run into any issues, it is my first time modding anything for CK3 so I'm still learning.

Original Description:

Series of low-key events (483 by now) to bring a little more variety to peace time.

This mod is compatible with version 1.9.1 and the Tours and Tournaments DLC. However it does not, at this time, use the new DLC features. Some of my pre-existing event chains, which introduced tours of the realm and hosting tournaments, will thus still work, albeit without recourse to the new mechanics. When I have time, I will modify them to only occur for players without the new DLC in order to fit better. In time, I also plan to continue to add new events, whether for the generic game or to complement the new DLC. In any event, the bottom line is that after dozens of hours of play, I can confirm this mod does not conflict with the new DLC.
