This is a soundpack for the sprint sound,
It replaces it with the famous sanic sound (Not Sonic).

It takes about 10sec of sprinting to hear it, and you will continue to hear it until your character gets their breathe back in-game.

If the sound doesn't work type in console, SND_RESTART
If it still doesn't work, you just aren't fast enough.
