Adds 2 new context menu buttons for toggling activation delay.
There is still a frame delay, so the more fps you have the less delay, but it's basically instant.

Not a lot of code, very simple. You can modify it to your liking.
If you want just 1 button for toggling between 0 and default, I left that version in the code as a comment
