This city is as big as flatgrass it's self, all the corners of the map has roads, and buildings, and just like GM_BIGCITY the spawn has a building area, but this is more convient then bigcity because you can clear buildings to make city plots! have fun.Version two-Has a park and a residential area with an alley way, with garbage cans.
