Iroha Chibi ARC9 TPIK + C_HANDS + SITTING FIX!

Sooo this is the Iroha Chibi from Bluestacks Arhive, ported over by Azimuth, but I decided to fix up issues regarding the original PM's arms in ARC9 and also the absence of C_Hands.

Pretty easy, just removed vertex groups on the sleeves and reassigned them to the forearm and hand bones. This fixed up the ARC9 TPIK bugs. Other things I needed to fix was the C_Hands, which was pretty simple too. Things exported fine when I remembered Azimuth's chibis have this bug where they're in the ground when sitting down.

Should be pretty easy to fix.. right?

Importing the animations took hours of trial and error, every time I tired importing f_anm (default half life 2 anims for females), it would result in a 90-degree to the left tpose. All animations were like this, tposing. Eventually after nearly giving up at 2AM I decided to decompile another mod's port that fixed their anims, and then finally, I fixed the sitting problems by reanimating the pose. Overall, another sleepless night spent, but I fixed it!!
