Description
DESCRIPTION

A training schedule that is designed to target and improve every attribute of a player whilst also improving tactic familiarity, team cohesion and Set piece routine's. (SEE IMAGE ABOVE)
This schedule is perfect for those of you that just wish to use the one schedule for the entire season.

GENERAL INFO

In this years FM set piece routine sessions have now been implemented into training whilst also making changes to the match preparation sessions. As a result you will now be unable to import schedules from last years iteration of FM to this years.
Therefor after two weeks of playing the beta and vigorously testing all sorts of combinations i have put together a new schedule that can be considered a complete all rounder, perfect for using the entire season. (excluding pre-season)

INJURIES

As you can see from the image above i have made sure the injury risk with this particular schedule is considerably lower than any schedule that is already pre-loaded into the game, therefor injury's shouldn't be too much of a concern. However... this is FM and historically injuries have always been a problem for the first few weeks after a new version has been released.

So for anyone concerned with injuries the best way to minimise them is to make sure your players training intensity (located under the rest tab on the training page) is NOT set to ''Double Intensity'', also make sure there individual training focus (located under the individual tab on the training page) is set to NONE. Hiring highly rated physio's and sport scientists will also help minimise injuries. Lastly and most importantly don't be afraid to swap out the odd session every few weeks with a recovery one.

VERSIONS

This is a work in progress, "version 1" i expect moving forward after more testing it will be updated.

@Evergame Studios, Any training week that consist of two game's (i.e thur-sun/wed-sat/tue-sat) i personally wouldn't add in any quickness or physical sessions as you'll be greatly increasing the risk of injury, however on the training weeks that consist's of just the one game (i.e V1) I'd be tempted to swap out the physical session for a quickness one, maybe repeating this every 3 to 4 weeks, basically once a month, two at a push, anything more and they'll just start complaining about too much. Hope this helps.

first, i do want to thank you for all your hard work in compiling these, i use almost all of them, depends on what game days i have during the month. one thing is, i do have a lot of players starting to complain about not having any quickenning training at all, i use mostly thur-sun/wed-sat/tue-sat and for the ones i have one game during the week i use the V1, and pre season for pre season. any advice on what i should change to some quickening training please?

@JohnTheMaritime i normally use the other ones that are based on what days the matches are, except when the matches are only on saturday, since he didn't made one for a Saturday onle, than i use the dedicated defense or the dedicated teqnical ones

What do you do for rest weeks?

i know it's been a long time since last post, and we are getting closer to FM 25, but was wondering if this would be good instead of the different ones that i use depends on match days?

ive got under 23s in my team what training should they use?

Is there an updated version of this which primarily focuses on 'Finishing, Dribbling, Acceleration, Agility and Pace'?

Currently, looking at the screenshots, i'm wary that the incorrect stats would be boosted.

@Dravi I'd download the other two you mentioned also. Stick the pre-season one in for the first 4-5 weeks then switch to this one. Obviously use the under18s for the youth team training
