Add Culture and Faith to Struggle

Description
This is a very small mod that adds a decision that will add your faith and culture to any struggle you are involved with.

Thank god for this mod, I no longer have to wait 300 years for my faith to spread through Iberia to actually finish what i started (reformed Asatru viking, culture involved but faith isn't)

doesn't work for me. subscribed but the decision doesn't show up. also couldn't find the .mod file in the mod folder so maybe that's the reason.

Made a stupid and forgot to check. I accidentally had the decision folder in the root folder, instead of common.

Fixed now.

@bruno300996 - Hmmmmmmmmm. Ill do some testing later today. And having a non-vanilla culture shouldn't matter.

@bruno300996 - You need to be involved in a struggle as an interloper. This means your capital needs to be in the struggle region, and your culture or religion not be included in the struggle.
