0.25x to 3x Infamy Decay From Diplomatic Mitigation (12x) - Currently Broken

Description
Changes the diplomatic mitigation modifier to give a maximum of 3x infamy decay rather than 0.25x

Cant figure out how to change the value for infamy decay in 1.7 so the mod doesn't work, sorry, might be able to figure it out at somepoint.

They renamed the folder from modifiers to static_modifiers afaik. Maybe try this and see if it works

BTW you should rename your file to not have the same name as the vanilla file! Maybe that is your problem....

No it does not, I did it myself in the game too.

Here is my mod folder with your mod working with just the modifier.

Nevermind, doing that removes the modifiers from the game entirely which makes it unplayable
