"There is an inaccessible NPC in Reine City in chapter 1 of story mode, known internally as "R1Seller1". You can't get to him by normal means, but with the help of a friend, this NPC is now accessible. If you talk to him, here's what he says.

The two reindeer closer to the edge of the water, that you can see in normal gameplay, do not say anything if you attempt to interact with them.
