Description
Remus starts the game colonised, with some Reman pops.
Remus is a Class D Barren (Subterranean), providing low habitability.
The penal colony modifier has been buffed.

COMPATIBILITY
Overwrites common/species_classes/02_hornblower_species_classes.txt
The Romulan solar_system_initializer is NOT over-ridden.
Most mods prevent gaining achievements with Ironman, including this one.

Would it be possible for you to remove the resettlement blocker on Romulus? I´m using this mod with the no supernova mod and without the supernova events the blocker will probably be active forever and that annoys me. I´m asking you because your mod overrides the romulan system initializer and I think that´s also where the blocker is set. I really like your mod by the way, keep it up :)
