Just Dr. Fritz Ludwig from Team Fortress 2, but with some mental issues.
Im sorry if I missed any detail of this character, this Medic was based on Medic from the first chapter of Emesis Blue
If you know how to remove the useless mods from the required mods, please tell me. If the save is still corrupted, download these mods:

- Quick Right Click Options
- Automatic limb repositioning
