In this guide I will list all possible curb × depth zoning for all zone types. This is my own testing and it may have mistakes, please let me know of any discovered mistakes or game changes!

Conclusion

There is no zoning difference between NA and EU theme buildings.

Great start, but it's not quite this simple. Commercial zones have sub categories (gas stations and motel/hotels) that will often fail to fill the space if not needed. For example, a 6x6 low density commercial often won't span as a single building since the only option is a motel!

What's the point of low rent housing? Have not found a single thing that seems to affect whether it gets used or not after it's built. Usually they just sit there empty and collapse.
